Someone explained in a very unstandable way how the bayonet mount tolerences
needed to be how they are, and how the minor rotational looseness is more
pronounced with heavier lenses like yours. As others have said, not to
worry. Wait until you mount a 100-400 and an extender, then you

I've been thinking about getting the 420EX because it's smaller and lighter
and also won't be as massive as the 550EX while it's hanging around my neck
