So, I set all the services to disabled and compacted the IS. That did
the job. The actual Exch SW really doesn't use that much

got through, but that was Virus Scan support answered in USA I believe.
Groupshield support, I get answered very quickly and resolved quickly,
I set up a new hard drive with Back Office 4.5, Service Pack 5. The old
drive is in the machine as a slave drive. I set up the new one with a
different server name and put only NT on the C: drive (everything else
is now on F:) I now realize that I should have set it up the same as
the old one,
So let me ask what if you could start from scratch would you install
Antigen on all desktops and servers or just on the Exchange boxes?

If you can connect from network with URL and not IP address then your DNS is
getting resolved. On your proxy you have to enable port 80 and create a rule
to allow from your public IP to private IP. Your DNS server should point to
public IP and proxy server will translate to private IP of the OWA

Not that kind of server side rule... Can't you have rules that you set up in
outlook, but run even when outlook isn't running? That's a client created
but server-side rule...

If you create a CR and create a rule to forward to that CR it will be a
server side rule and it will fire off without Outlook being open.
