As for immuno regulin, I don't think it requires hospitalization, but I
think it's something that need to be done at the vet since it's
administered via IV - that's the drawback because it will stress them
out - h

problem – it’s really not marking – just peeing and I have a
several of them doing it – they all know how to and used to use litter
box – and they still do – but they also pee on soft things –
I can’t leave any clothes or towels at any open area because t
