Hello, Well, it looks like my roommates iBook has officially died. Unless anyone here knows what happened to it. Now it won't boot all way. It will get to just before the login window comes up, then the screen goes to black, with white text saying, Darwin BSD: loginwindow failed to execute.

I have a lombard 333 running 10.3.7. Memory is 128 on the bottom and 256 on the top. Top was bought at OWC. It runs fine with no problems. When trying to install updates to OS10, don't use the combos. That's the info I got from the apple store. Instead of 10.2.8 combo, do the 10.2.6 and
