or opera. Also, much "modern" music uses stopped horn.
The show I am playing right now has at least 15
different places for stopped horn. There is NO way to

I noticed nothing out of the norm with the bass clef.
There is a misprint in my piano score with treble clef
to bass clef though.

peeling. I have also heard this is true from
repairmen.

sustained one note passage.
Push the limit of the horn and the player there is
no reason why a horn player should not be able to play

modern Assistants are not low level students, or
lessor players, they can and do, fill any position in
the section, besides the role of supp

some adjustments to fit your playing, taste and feel.
Don't feel bad about having to do work to a new horn,
even custom hand made horns need to be tweaked to suit
a player.
