I'm using outlook 2016. This just doesn't occur with 2016, I had the same
issue when using outlook 2013. I can't seem to have jaws read the list of
rules I've created, I always have to route jaws to pc and left mouse click
as oppose to just arrowing down, having it read the name of the r
already
checked, and in the Rule Description edit box, the phrase "contains people"
has been
edited so that it contains the address of the sender of the message.

I have filled out my message rules just like the Audio Tutorial and the
instructions on the Tips and Tricks Page say to do for both JAWS-Users and
