Ok I found the problem, but I am not sure of the fix... The problem is that when the system boots, it puts a create mask on all of the files in the log directory so it looks like: rw-r--r-- 1 root adm messages So this means that the weblet package can 'read' the log files with no problem. After

I am also having this exact same problem but I would like to add that not only do I get the same messages about 'File not readable:' but when my firewall hits icon has reset to a GREEN Light and no firewall hits are logged any longer. If I reboot the system everything works fine again. Anyone hav
