Very frustrating--I am a paid customer. I wanted to upgrade to the 7.0
Deluxe from my 6.0 Deluxe. First I downloaded the free 7.0 version and

I just realized that when I change the directory/location for Document

Oh drat; one of the main reasons I moved from FTM to Legacy was
that Legacy didn't produce the huge source list because repeated
sources were printed out as ibid. Now, as far as I'm
concerned, Legacy has regressed to the level of FTM. PLEASE PUT
IT BACK!

I recently wanted to send a GEDCOM and when it was set up and
ready to go, I noticed that the icon and the extension was that
of FTM. I tried to make them become a Legacy icon and extension
w/o success. Can anyone solve this problem for me? I did send
the GEDCOM anyway and it seemed to come

completed every step Dale suggested and then ran a new GEDCOM but
still got the FTM extension. I went to My Computer, down to

Thanks to Jenny (Benson), Jennie (Matherson) and Mike (Fry) who answered my
question. I have now altered the settings from the Windows default to comply
with the list requirements.
