nevermind, I figured out the problem. The big washer thats supposed to go between the tensioner and the block was missing. I could have sworn I installed it but its nowhere to be found. Had to find another big washer and grind the hole out a little so it would fit around the bold of the tens

Well nevermind my neverming, I just found the washer, it fell out when I removed the tensioner. It was there, just fell out. Still rattles. Tensioner doesnt seem to have any play really, is straight and not cockeyed. The shock seems to dampen. At least its hard to push it in. Wondered abou
