IIRC, which I might not, yes, there is a mechanical adjustment on the spring tensioner - kind of like the pivoting arm that releases the spring for the tensioner on the 60X engines. Similar in concept, not execution. You have to turn that nut/bolt, whatever to loosen the tensioner enough to swap
