After fresh 7.1 install I downloded and manually (no rhn) upgraded the 7.1
machine, I did not yet upgrade the kernel. Now when I do a shutdown
-h now on the box, it goes through the normal processes ok, but when
it gets to the unmounting md devices, the machine goes into a

It sounds like it is a self generated certificate. You would need to
have the certificate trusted by a Certifying Authority listed in your
