The North Atlanta Soaring Association's Fall TD Contest will be held
on October 6th and 7th, 2001.
The Saturday Event will be a 5 Round add-em up with a total target
time of 50 minutes. 12 minute max time per round. Landing: L6. CD

Check out the local toy stores. My kids had some clear superballs that had
very bright LED's that flashed when you bounced them. I dissected one and
found a circuit board about the size of a penny with two LED's, three watch
type batteries, and a little spring loaded switch. A little tinkering
I need some help with the programming of the flaps/ailerons on launch mode.
I've a headache from trying to figure it out and now need a brewskie. I can
see that it has something to do with the slider on the right side of the

Avenue C. There are some slopes above Malibu but I am not sure where.

I have not set up my Dart for DLG but I have learned a lot about it's
construction. Also, I just finished a custom (copyied from some of the greats)
hybrid DLG. I called it the Mock'n Bird. I have not been flying it long
enough to have learned the stresses of DLG... but, I offer the

OK, guys.last week there was a question about using different servos
with different receivers, and what wiring adjustments must be made. My
question is along the same lines but more of a puzzle.
I was given a scale Grunau Baby with servos already installed in the
wings for ailerons and
with the Kimbrough servo savers? Is the medium size better
for preventing damage?

The Boxster gets its name from combining "Boxer" (which is the name for the

I should know, I have the Boxster #1047. I put an order in 14 months before

Guys, Denny's spectre over carbon fiber rods- control horns work great. I replaced the
ones on my Spectre HLG with them and they are
slop free and absorb the impact of the dreaded "tail flip up on dork" that kept
popping the old linkage free.

Well here's my story with Airtronics.
I had a 141 servo go stupid on me after I left the model switched on
overnight (duh). The servo had burnt itself out so with nothing to lose
apart from my now useless servo and a few dollars postage, I popped the
burnt out blob along with a note explaining
I remember an article in one of our Mags about bungee launching. The author
recommended attaching a chute to the stake to slow it down in the event of
it coming out of the ground...
Good advice, I'll now be taking it.
