Thanks. I tried wavinput once with the classic, but even only for music (so delay was not a problem), the quality was really bad. Streaming with VLC is a good idea. Need to check about delay, and possibility to stream audio while watching video. -- nicolas75

cerning NTFS and defragmentation, are you sure ? All my disks are NTFS, and I regularly defragment them. I suppose you have a backup disk, you could try to format the backup in NTFS and see if it is better. 300 Go is a big library, mine is about 120 Go. -- nicolas75 ---

mprove a SB3 (at least, the dac is a good usb dac to improve sound from PC for the movies, so it is not useless) I guess it is far better to replace the SB3 by a Touch, than to keep a SB3 and buy a Beresford ... I'll do that very soon. -- nicolas75 ---
