Not much chance of that. If you can still load the files on the old pc
and export them in CSV or excel format, you could then import those
files. You won't be able to import forms, though.

There isn't any M$ support for openoffice docs, so you can't yet open swx
files from their product. There's no problem the other way round, so I would
suggest using OO instead of M$ Office.
