Settings and set the 'require password option to something other than
immediately. I don't know if this will solve your problem, but the iPhone seems

background. When enabled, apps that support it can pull data every so often, so
there's less of a wait when you launch the app since most or all of the data
you'd normally have to wait for is already waiting for you.
