Looks like someone is trying to persuade you to give you're personal details
about your e-mail account. They are pretending to be upgrading the system and
all users have to update they're email address, name, password, username etc.
Would delete the email immediately or send it to the ACMA

I have been trying to send a normal jpg image using Mail to a client of mine
who says she just cant access it. She asks me to Attach it rather than have it
'imbedded' in the email she receives? I have had this complaint before and it

I have finally gotten around to using Rules to move emails to other
Mailboxes and I was wondering in there is a way to get Mail to open
the mail boxes that have received emails. The Unread emails count
doesn't help me as I often have many unread emails that I keep.

I have a few Smart Mailboxes. One for “Unread Messages”, one for “Today’s Mail”

I am having a major problem with Mail.
All of a sudden it is asking for a password to the mail server which it
rejects every time so I am unable to receive or send.
Luckily my iPhone still pushes the emails to me through MobileMe
I have gone into Mail/Ppreferences/Accounts and reset
everything should start to
function again.
Let the group know if this is not a problem with the server as others may see a
solution.

server. One sometimes doesn't work so I know its not the source. I

that made Eudora special. Well worth the visit, and becoming more of a

Outlook Express opens and I then asked to open an account.

details as my OS Mail account.

I have upgraded to 10.6.4 from 10.5.8 to get away from Entourage and it seems
that Apple Mail does not want to play ball.
On the mail startup screen it does not resolve past the looking for mail
servers message

You haven't given us enough information about your problem for anyone to be
able to offer assistance.
Did you setup your iinet account correctly?
Did you import your Entourage messages into Mail?

On the mail startup screen it does not resolve past the looking for mail
servers message on the front screen. when you cancel this screen I find that I

password is correct.
1. Quit Mail
2. Open Keychain Access which (if it's not showing on the top Menu of the
desktop) is in Applications Utilities Keychain Access.app
