The problem with faulty paper feed has been fixed. When I dismantled
the printer I found one central pickup roller of approx 20mm in
diameter had lost its rubber 'O' ring. It was easily threaded back
on and now I should look at getting a few more from a mate as they
are the simplest
Has anyone worked out a fix for the paper feed problems that older
stylewriters experience? I have several to go to Bali, but most of
them have a paper feed problem.
The printer tries to grab the paper then tells me that there is no paper.
Any ideas or landfill?

Hi people ,
For your information :
Epson Inkjet Printers have a waste Ink overflow alarm !
The printer stops working .
Actually it is triggered by a count of the number of sheets the
printer has printed ,
and an assumption is made that the waste ink will be overflowing the
collection
On the bludge again.
We have booked our trip to Bali and now are looking out for some
older printers for PPC and earlier Macs.
If anyone has a couple down the shed in working condition and they
want to get rid of them, I would appreciate them.
Thanks

I have two of these beasts cluttering up my office.
A few faults (paper pickup) and so on. Not much toner in them.
One has a second tray (two in total)
Also comes with two Ethernet connectors (one is RJ45, the other
10BaseT/RJ45)
as well as (while I am cleaning up) three older 10BaseT
OK !
Have sent you direct 6 attachments about Epson printers . Some
reading there !
