Phil, Swap out the CPEs first, then you can swap the APs. That is what I'm doing and it seems to be working very well. The UBNT radios don't seem to have a problem associating to the older APs. I use StarOS for the APs instead of Tranzeo, but that shouldn't make much difference. Matt L
