As you can tell by doing IPLDATA STATUS under IPCS
against any dump (or ACTIVE), IEAVNP26 is SMS initialization.
No one should be issuing an ABEND with a code of 000, so a

I cannot answer your question from the incomplete information you have
provided.
Keep in mind the the ASCB parameter you have specified on the PGSER macro
is
applicable only to BRANCH=SPECIAL requests, and even then, possibly not in
the
way you might be expecting.

That does not require the storage to be fixed, unless you are disabled
or you are using a real address for the target of the copy.

That is correct - cross memory page faults are resolved as you would
want,
so the PGSER FIX is not needed.
Unfortunately, the system does not resolve ASTE-validity exception (PIC
2B),
which is why nonswappability is required.

No, 052 abends are issued by service routines for PCAUTH services.
VSMLOC is not a PCAUTH service. and its service routine does not
issue 052 abends.
