Definitely.. IF the ARAdmin user is not the owner of the table, it could be a
lot more severe than just the errors you are seeing.. There is a lot more the
ARAdmin user might not be able to do such as backup or restore the database or
even redefine the form (Alter Table)

I cannot say that 100% it works without any issues, but we migrated over
from 6 to 7 and I used a 7 user client on a 6.3 server and I never had
any issues. From what I was told by BMC it is backwards compatible.
