Has anyone integrated QRadar and Remedy in a custom application? We would like
to create Remedy tickets from QRadar generated error emails. If anyone has
anything similar that they would like to share it would be much appreciated. We
are on a Unix Remedy server v7.1/Oracle 10.2.x database. All

I didn't see an answer to this. If it started around the time DST should have
changed you can try going into the Client Tools Options and take out the Time
Zone.

We are having an issue with the IE browser version 6x on mid-tier 7.0. When
users click on a link that opens a different form and try to use the browser's
Back key to go to the previous form, it clears all the data. It did not work
this way against the mid-tier version 6. BMC recommends

causing it? The user says it happens intermittently. I have looked on the BMC
page and searched the list but found nothing definitive. The user is on IE v6
against a v7.1 mid-tier and v6.0.1 unix Remedy server.
On your Search menu do you have the Label Field the same as the Value field?
If not, you will get the error.

I am trying to archive records between forms on the same server. When
the archive field is selected on form A, the record should be copied to
form B and deleted from Form A using DSO. The transfer fails at Stage 7
of 8. I cannot figure out why it fails when we have other DSO mappings
that work.

had this problem and figured it out? When I click on the column in a
