My brother was driving through Asbury Park today and called me to report that
workers are taking down the band shell roof on the 5th Ave Pavillion. Anyone
have an idea what is going on? Perhaps this will be a venue for Bamboozle and
they are going to be restoring it???

Specifically, there used to be a condo development (Paramount's Phase
II) that was on the ocean one
Interesting article in this week's Tri City News...the basic premise
being that the Esperanza stoppage gives leverage to Madison Marquette in
