My feeling is that anytime you ADD a component to the chain, the best
you could possibly have is the signal quality you have now...without
that added component.Choose your pre/pro carefully should you
decide to go this route.

UI for Inguz still s_cks. Basically non-functional, but it's a
non issue I guess. Inguz functions are easily manipulated on the Boom.
More easily than Touch in some instances.

Inguz EQ now working with Touch on my Win7 Basic 1.6ghz notebook(32
bit).
Web UI isn't really functional AFAIC, but the Extras screen on the
Touch allows adjustment w/no problems.
Log files show all is well.

Given that most RG values are quite small (4-6db), I don't think one
should lose much sleep over it. IMO, the whole bit truncation
issue...except for high levels of digital attenuation is nothing more
than an audio boogeyman.

Quite a difference I must admit.The sound is less strained, and
far more airy and Liquid than before.
Science be damned, the sound of my Touch is simply less digital in this

is a very cool virtue of home audio, but not entirely
realistic. A form of hyper-realism. Leads me to believe that
laser-like targeting of instruments within an acoustic space is largely
an artifact of microphone technique, and studio production.
