I do have one issue with the home page and it may just be because I have no
idea of the terminology of the US housing market but what does MLS mean
exactly? An in the site text or an alt tag on the main banner image

I have found them to be *way faster* than structs Although, I've found
that wrapping the code up inside a CFC has a tiny performance hit but they
are still faster than structs... Experimenting with that, I

So, is it just an optical illusion, or is the yellow "donations" dot
bigger than the others? Also, this is really nitpicking - but if
you're trying to tie into the logo colors with those three main links,
I'd switch the yellow and orange so that they come in the same order
as on the logo.

the red 100% on top of everything doesn't help. That's not supposed to

Tony,
Looks really good, but there are a couple of tweaks you might want to
consider:
* There isn't enough contrast between the light blue background and the thin
white type for my old eyes to see it clearly. Perhaps a 75% opacity dark
blue drop shadow with a very small offset might pop it a bit
