Today I got my second leased line and after that I
find very strange thing in traceroute command.
My IP rages are
45.x.x.x from one ISP
162.x.x.x from second ISP

Wierd little issue I ran into while turning up a set of PRI's.
While doing "sh isdn stat", numerous d-channels were showing up having both
TEI_ASSIGNED and MULTIPLE_FRAMES_ESTABLISHED attributes. I mean that there
were, literally, two lines saying two different states for a single
d-channel.

Can anyone recommend a good book for traffic shaping including things like
QOS, COS, TOS, IP precedence, prioritization, etc..
I'm getting into Voice over stuff and it seems like u need to know these
things really well to tweak the voice over network to make it sound perfect
etc..

I'm going to say 2 AS's because no internet traffic can pass between the two
groups, only private traffic. Therefore, the Internet will see these as
discrete systems, and not a single AS.
That is unless you are going to let internal internet traffic cross C D,
