I want to build my own CCIE lab at my home.
I dont know exactly that how many routers I may need for the lab purpose.
I have 1 Cisco 4000 series router (4 serial + 2 Ethernet), 1 Cisco 2503 and 1
Cisco 2509 router. I dont know exactly that how many routers I may need to

that FDDI can be used as a transport for SRB traffic by using RSRB or DLSw,
but it doesn't look like you can bridge from a Token Ring segment directly
to a FDDI segment.

I have 2 x Routers configured for HSRP on a LAN.
A packet is sent from a Firewall on the LAN to the HSRP virtual address, as
the (default gateway).
The packet reaches the active router, (highest priority).
It compares the packets destination address/

trick?
One packet out one interface and the other out the 2nd?
Not sure, just wondering! Or will only the first static get all the packets?

I read about extending a frame relay switch by using a tunnel over the
ethernet link. So I could have 2 routers joined up to make one frame relay
switch.
My routers are not accepting the command to route dlci over the tunnel
interface, but ok on serial.

provider (Verizon, Covad, etc.) use ATM (DS3 or OC3) as the trunking
technology off the DSLAM (to the ISP's POP). Are you asking this from an
End User's standpoint or a Service Provider's ??? The PVC's are usually

Once logged in on the CFI on the telco side, customer's CSU/DSU cannot be
consoled into.
High probability of the physical damage of the line, but all the tests show
continuity. Customer's CSU/DSU is working, but showing a high rate od CRCs
and BPVs.

Reading some more from Sackett it appears that you can enable Dynamic
Link-Station builds for PU2.1 devices by using the
command:
service any
under the port configuration mode.
I can't test this as of now as my setup doesn't support it.

redundency issues and well as load balancing limitations. It is written so
you don't have to be a BGP guru to understand it.

What I would suggest is that you design a rack consisting of a frame relay
cloud
(one router w/ multiple serial ints) with 3 routers attached. You will need
this to
accomplish the various Frame Relay / OSPF combos. You're also going to want
(at least) one router hanging from your frame

2900's are a live & well. The newer version of the 2900 series, is the
