Robert, You will find that some jobs advertised in a way that they are looking for people who are CCNA or CCIE ( so where is CCNP ) . It seems that some recruitment agency do not know the difference between CCIE and CCNA. I will put it the CCNA somewhere in your resume just to avoid that . Robert

I've actually seen more than one post that said CCIE required, CCNA preferred. Go figure. In my experience, CCNP doesn't get a lot of play in HR departments. HR recognizes CCNA, but doesn't understand CCNP. I've also seen a fair number of recruiters/HR confuse CCNA with CNA. Bottom line? I do
