Getting 30-40 knot winds right now in New London and that is supposed to continue for a while and increase. We are in the worst of the outer wind band. Unfortunately, the harbor faces south which is the prevailing wind direction, so I suspect we are getting serious waves in the mooring field.

an issue in the past, but it is not often I start the engine by just turning the key and pushing start. My start battery is a 10 year old AGM and has had no trouble cranking the engine in general, even after warming the glow plugs for 45 seconds. Thanks- Dave David Knecht S/V Aries 1990 C 34
