Here is a patch that adds throws Exception to main and setupDriver.
The constructor for PoolableConnectionFactory throws an exception which
is not being caught and causes a compiler error.

Is there a source somewhere that invokes this test, or should I go ahead
and create one? (I also looked in the util source test path and didn't
