Have you tried running the server with the mods disabled? That should always
be the first thing to try.

Even when running militia or anything. The server is on win 2k3 with a pos

i think it would be rather dumb to release updates at different times to
different timezones, because i get a lot of people in my servers from like
europe, and scottland. and all over the world all the time. and it would be

i like mani team wound effect.. so yea if they accidentally do shoot a team
mate once, it doesn't do anything, but the more they shoot team mates, it
starts taking health from them as well, and the more they shot them, the
more health it takes. It still injures the team mate being shot, but to
its hard saying.. but i know sometimes custom maps have od effects on
servers, and quite randomly. the glass maps and stuff like that are known
the most for that. the computer running it just might not be able to handle
it. cuz glass maps usually use a lot of system resources, due to everything
instantly. They usually only get to do 10-20
damage
before they explode.
A lot of the suggestions made in this thread can be done with beetles mod
or
a few other programs but it would be nice if some of these options were
included without having to run so many third party programs.

yes it does depend on the resolution of the client. and if you want to test
and see how big you can make stuff.. just turn ur resolution all the way
down.. put the motd.txt file in your counterstrike-source folder, and start
a listen server... that should give you some idea..
