Adding these things to a Mac mini at this time would make the price rival that
of an iMac. I don't think Apple would want to do that. Remember, the mini is
suppose to be the entry level mac.

new Mac Minis. However, I do not have a monitor at all times. Before I

I have a strange problem that's popped up in the last couple of weeks. I used
to see "Airport" in the status menu. I use wifi with my router and a WPA2
personal security setting. I can get on just fine, but now I see nothing about
"airport:; just "Wifi"."

It depends on what you want, and how much your trying to spend. You can get
a 2012 mac mini, with 2 drives in it for a pretty good price. Now it
depends if you want them to be your standard HD, or you want SSD's. I know
for a fact you can get either one. 8GB of ram is plenty to handle f

Well, maybe I missed it somehow, but when I was configuring a mini yesterday, I
only saw one option to pick a drive, and there are 3 options. I also didn't see
where it said whether the conventional hard drive portion of the fusion drive
for the Mini would be the 5400 rpm or whether it is upgrad
ghted help from someone
that is some what techy go for it. I will be adding one soon...

I believe that the people who have configured the Mac Mini with 2 hard
drives ordered the Mac mini with OS X Server model ($999). This model
has options to upgrade the two hard drives.
