to private sector landlords who have actually done it. CCP SAFE wants to
mold their perfect landlord. It doesn't work that way.

years now.
Landlords have always felt that certain city ordinances are enforced on
rental but never homeowners. This code was one. Well, I hope all of the
homeowners get little bit of this one.
It all falls under the guideline of "making
going rate. Wait for the
property owner to petition the "unfair"assessment. Then the city can
produce the orig docs. Let the judge and courts settle it. The next
developer will move more gingerly. Or make sure that their Pedroness'
doesn't get beat in an election.
