I don't know about whether Mandrake does support onboard 3D sound cards however what I do know is that when I first installed Mandrake I had both my onboard sound card and my audigy card identified by the OS. What this meant was however that I could not hear sound as the onboard card was causin

I took my cd player off the computer and started linux without it. After that I put
the cd player back and restarted linux and the cd was not there. In konqueror it just
says 0 Items - 0 Files - 0 Directories.
When trying to install software it asks for the cd3 but just spits them out.
