you can then type /foo and it will highlight all instances of

even days where the voltage would drop so much that the lights were
dim. They had variacs (i think) to bump up (or down) the voltage to
correct for it...

I am interested in learning mandrake linux.
The computer I would install to already has WinXP Pro on the first hdd, and has
FreeBSD 4.6 on the second hdd. Thatsecond drive has about 25GB of
unpartioned space I can put mandrake on.

How do I unninstall packages that were installed from the source?
If you're lucky, there's instructions, or an option in the makefile.
Otherwise, you just have to delete all the files it installed.
I don't know if source compilations change menu setting, etc.

thing left running on Winsux qwould be the Tax Software. Seems
like every upgrade/release his margin (reason for being) gets a
little slimmer .
Other than a firmware upgrade, Tax software is the only thing that
might force me to

filename doesn't have to be the entire name.
You might need to update the sources, which can be done in the gui,
