You need to look at/edit the /etc/smb.conf file on the linux box. If you make a change you will need to re-start the daemon's. (/etc/rc.d/init.d/smb restart or stop and then start). One thing to watch for is encrypted passwords. Window likes them. There is some help in /usr/doc/samba-?. Kevin
