Hi ppl,
I'm sure that this is answered somewhere in the ML archives, but I
wasn't able to find it though :-/

mainline OTRS.

Dear Amedee,
These are the virtues of Open Source. There is no way you are entitled
to support or that anyone should fix any issues that you discover with

I am trying to merge two tickets. Both of which are under my ownership.

there something that I'm missing out?
Also, how can you use the split ticket functionality without enabling phone

The only think I've seen so far is the "link" option (in Ticket Zoom),

them into the original ticket.

YEAH!
I am still living in fear from the statement that
"merging isnt... perfect"
But otherwise happy,

Hi all,
I have searched the archive a bit looking for a solution, but, it looks
like there hasnt been a post about this recently.
I need a solution for the case where I have an existing ticket and an
email comes in that _should_ be attached to the existing ticket, but, for
whatever reason it i
Hello:
As far as I can determine, ticket merging is "on the to-do list"
but not
implemented as yet. Is there anyone out there who has a workaround to this?
Alternatively, is there anyone out there who is working on this feature

might have and be willing to share their current code

Hi Martin and list,
I searched an answer for this question posted before from Bryan, but I can't
find it.
Merging ticket feature is implemented?
My otrs is 0.5 Beta8.

[otrs] merging tickets?
Hallo,
Is there any way to merge tickets, ie when someone accidentally sends
two similar emails? Right now I just close the second ticket, but other
systems I've used allow merging.
Thanks,

another question. Quite often customers screw up the subject line and we have
to sort in their message to a particular ticket number. How do we do that ?
