readable/executable. Of course, this creates a big security hole,
allowing anyone with access to your machine to bring the ppp link up or
down (and possibly allowing anyone to see your password if you do a script
login to your ppp server

I upgraded Apache to 1.2.5. Then I installed the 3/13/98 Frontpage
Extensions for Apache 1.2.5. Now everything is screwed. All correct

I am trying to "colorize" my lilo boot message and cannot find out which
escape sequences to use. I have tried using the ANSI {ESC}-[ sequence
but it doesn't work. C-style escapes don't either... What do I use?

I need to create a shell script in order to do ftp downloads during the
night (using crontab).
The point is:
how can I pass all the cd's and gets to the ftp command from inside the
script?
