I am trying to figure out KDM
Here is what happened
I had a nice new Mandrake 6.1 running perfectly
I upgraded Xfce and then this option no longer appeared in KDM
So I used the graphical KDM comnfig. tool ( as root) and re-entered Xfce
( as
it appears in /etc/xdm/Xsessions
All is fine , shows

I have only the swap partiton left

Well I have been using Applix and now have SO4 running as well on RH 5
Runs OK once you have the extra libs. Seems to have loads fo nice features
over Applix
and I like the layout of the gui, but my main complaint is that it does crash
often.

was able to find the second stage boot loader but failed to execute it most
likely because of a geometry mismatch of the hard disk.
