Hi Bob, Sinus flush with CS. Yes I have done that, but not usually. Just used CS/EIS to replace the water. It may do some extra good. Trouble is that CS battles to penetrate snot so I guess it would benefit cleaned sinus surfaces but its not going to do much against anything with a cover layer
