so, they do not use the button for the parking or unparking. They use
Transfer+ext and *4+ext. The light is only there to indicate weather the
call has been retrieved or not.

Is anyone currently working on support for the 4.0.x polycom firmware and
if so how is it coming along, and not being a developer is there anything I
can do to assist? There is a feature that we may be needing that is not in

website seems to be a bit confused on that. the Compare models says yes,
but the rest says no. Like some one else said, it has two lines and the

Mainly sticking with the 331 because we already have the phones. When ever
I check the Subscribe to presence box, the speed dial disappears from the
phone. It works fine on the 650.

Ok, after putting this out I called voipsupply.com and they recommended
the Clarity Q90D which connects to the headset port of TTY compatible
phones. We just had an office ask about it. I am not sure why yet but
wanted to get the info as soon as I could.
