license to use it other than that it's reserved for RC use. But I would
think that if they're interfering with non-RC related equipment, on
frequencies reserved for RC use, that they would be found at fault.

Interesting that you bring up the Ava. One of the guys that I fly with
has this plane and he has been fighting with one of his wing tips for
some time. He has tried to re-epoxy it, added a stronger joiner, and I
believe he is still having some problems with it.
