I've re evaluated the satellite imagary .. the MapBox one is far better
in regard to paralellex errror being more directly overhead. So I've
tried to use that for location, but it does not have the detail of Bing
Satellite so I've used that for detail. I think that gives a fair

Josm.
Le module télécharge bien les données depuis la base mais lors d'un envoi
de modification d'objet, ou création, le module boucle et Josm ne me rend
pas la main. Cela se solde par une annulation manuelle.

Les mappeurs OSM de Lyon se rencontrent régulièrement le 2eme mardi de
chaque mois, et chacun peut s'inviter et participer à ces rencontres.
Ce mois ci, le mardi 11/11 est férié et la rencontre repoussée au mardi
suivant. Celle-ci aura donc lieu :

use the two letter abbreviation in almost all relations for highways in the USA
(however, there are a few that do spell out the state). However, we use

now is found in parts of at least 3 different cities that I know of. Others
cover both (parts of) cities and unincorporated areas outside of the city whose
name they are associated with.

I know of no place where the state name is spelled out in the ref=* tag on
any way or relation. Only in the 'is_in:state' tag on RELATIONS have I seen
the state name sometimes spelled out.
As for states that have just '123' on the way ref tags. I know of only two that
have that happening in
