you, it's going to depend on what your provider's systems accept, but there are other options and if their support can't seem to help, then you might just have to play with a lot of different settings to find a working combination. Be sure to check the log when testing any changes, while not as detailed as I'd like, it should give you a general idea where the connection is failing. with WinXP. I did try it, but got the not compatible warnings. Symantec has some information on using it, but was very hard to find on their web site, and seemed very sketchy. I never could make it work and from what others say, they couldn't either. -- Have a great day, Sam

S I have yet to get infected, thanks to stance the_Bat takes. The virus S scan program is very important, maybe not for the_Bat, but for Outlook S Express and Outlook, both of which are on this computer even though they S are only uses sparingly. Sure, Sam, sparingly might be enough

One thing that strikes me about this HTML e-mail. Anna Kournikova was a rather ambitious virus of about a year or so ago. If it has any attachments, it would be inadvisable to open it. In fact, I don't believe I would click on the click here link. -- Have a great day, Sam

the server info in the_Bat and it works so it might be working, but that no e-mail client installed still appears in NAV2001. Anyone know where the tutorial on setting up the Bat with NAV2001 is located? I can find them for Pegasus, Eudora, etc, but not The_Bat. -- Have a great day, Sam

The mouse drivers from previous versions are considered not compatible with WinXP. The WinXP drivers are available. I got mine from Dell, but I assume they are available from Microsoft. Actually, you WinXP should have installed a basic driver during setup. -- Have a great day :-) Sam
