Hi, I have an ongoing problem with my hotmail account, which I believe
is now under the auspices of Microsoft Live.
I have 3 iMacs shared side by side and keep getting at random times on
either of them a warning “Mail Password Required, Enter password for
“” in Internet
only one result was over 20 in
fact on 11 May I had 3 consecutive tests of 9.44, 22.88 & 3.77!
However, since 28 May things seem to have improved to around 30 to 42. Note
that my Internet has been quite useable in general and my testing has been
irregular – mainly for my own curiosity.

Also, have you tried restarting the internet/modem/router, just to refresh all
DNS numbers. Sometimes they can get “locked”, so restarting the modem can
refresh all of that.
Worth a try as well.
There are also some wireless settings that can be removed from Library -
Preferences

the changeover to NBN. We had a similar problem with our internet dropping in

Hi folks,
A friend of mine would like to set her elderly mum up with the Internet & Email.
The mum does not have a computer, so she is considering an iPad.
What would be the best and simplest plan to get her iPad on the Internet ?
