Chris, I have this issue with Mail also when it comes to single-page image files. I'm not sure why, but a couple of workarounds: Right-click and Compress the image file, ie. convert to a zip file, before attaching. This usually works, although there's a chance that the recipient's mail filters

Hi Jennifer, Delete that "rogue" address in Address Book. The wrong TO: Address could only be coming from either your previous recipients list or Address Book. Those are the only two places it could generate from on a Mac. If then the problem is solved, you should post a new thread to WAMUG
