Hi Daniel
You might recall that my wife purchased an iBook G4 14 laptop
(M9628X/A) from you back in April 2006. She has managed to rub off the
key identifiers on those keys most used. I think a replacement keyboard
might be the way to go. Are you able to source such and if so what do
Thanks to the WAMUGER who told me about the Clear ket on the old
keyboards keypad to activate the keypad with VMWare Fusion.
This does not work work the aluminium keyboard keypads. What does?

OK - problem solved.
Whilst it was obvious the keyboard could only be connected to one computer

Today I had call to fire up the old 24 iMac - but the keyboard is plugged
into the back of the new machine - so I thought I'd just use the wireless
keyboard - and that's
Replying to my own post, from further reading of Apples support site:
When your keyboard is on and paired, and the batteries are charged, the light
will glow steadily for several seconds, then turn off.
(which it does)

G'day Severin.
Just to add my two cents worth. A couple of years ago; before I became a
convert; I was trying to find out how to remove the keys from my keyboard
attached to my old PC. I was surprised how many people on the net had actually
put their keyboards in the dishwasher. It was pretty
Hi all
I always like this Keyboard cleaning thread when it comes up.
As an other option (once the keyboard is clean,...) look at getting
something like the iSkin range of Keyboard covers.
I use them on all the keyboards I have here (and laptops too). Although they
take a little to get used
