Hi gang,

I wonder if the Ionic vs. Colloidal debate has had enough time now to
begin to reach some consensus?

Could maybe Trem, Marshall and/or Frank summarize what has been agreed
to, learned, proven, disproven, or marked for futher study as a result
of all this voluminous verbiage? grin

It seems to have been a fruitful discussion, but we need to be
sensitive to the fact that newcomers are not going to be able to get
very much from such detailed information. If the topic continued much
longer we'd start to lose people from confusion and boredom.

Again, I'm not demanding a hard and fast cut-off, but am suggesting
that we may be ready for a summary?

Thank you folks,

Mike Devour

Well, yes and no, Ernie!

There is a big difference between writing for a non-technical audience
and communication between scientists or engineers.

I have read technical papers that required a whole helluva lot of work
to understand, but the science or engineering was brilliant and the
communication precise and exacting.

I have sat in meetings where technical experts were throwing around
words so thick it was all I could do to keep up, only to witness
breakthroughs that produced important results.

RE: CShigh ppm CS experiment, was Re: CSCS site

2005-03-25 Thread Yogiboy
Hi all,

Interesting to note, I use to silverpuppy and have had pretty good
batches all around. The common thing I am seeing as well is that as we
try and brew higher ppm solutions it becomes increasingly hit and miss
with regards to making it consistent in colour? I have been playing with
this now for some time and found as I brew longer the colour becomes
opaque sometimes even yellow. A few times I got a a brown. This was
because I went pretty much around a 24 hour clock for a quart just to
see what I could get. Now here is the interesting thing which only
happened a couple days ago. I always use the highest grade Distilled
water. I went ahead with my first batch and did the first pass. The
second pass required an extra 90 min of brewing time to get the approx
desired ppm of 20. 10% margin of error. Well I forgot to turn off the
machine and only realized the next day. I thought forsure it was toast.
When I cleaned off the rods and took a TDS meter to it. I got a reading
of 22.(Using this device actually doubles the reading) so give or take
10% I now have around 40ppm; And as far as I can see being 3 days now,
turned opaque but nothing more. I forgot to mention as I left it sit in
the glass jar for an extra day it did drop to 20. I suppose it had to
stabilize.

Just thought I'd share this with you.

At first glance, Hawkins seems to be into manipulating life as many

He speaks of power vs force in way that slurs the distinction.
I prefer 'power over' vs 'power of'. Both are egoic fantasies but 'power
of' , being more energy efficient, flows with the perfection more
smoothly
The one who accomplished it is the one
who failed to realize that he could not do it.

How to LOWER cholesterol, first IF we look as to why the body
produces cholesterol we would find it is the bodies attempt to
HEAL. Number ONE culprits are grains, sugar and starches these
trigger off insulin production that damages the walls of the
arteries and the body then PRODUCES cholesterol to repair the
 damage.
So the true trick to lowering cholesterol production is to lower the
quick release carbs that are CAUSING THE PROBLEM!!!
Omega 3's helps lower the free radicals (they also damage the walls)
so it is helpful as well. but the main thing is to lower the
 carbs!!!
Now the reason to take vit B's is the sugars and starches also lower
them as well as the Omega 3's. But in either case lowering grains,
sugar and starches are the way to solve a LOT of health problems not
 just cholesterol.
It will also lower inflammation (often the cause of pain) so there
is a lot of incentive if you are sick or want to be healthier to
lower the grains (wheat being the worse of the grains by the way)

Subject: RE: CS

Dear Mike,

Although, I have not been on this list for long in comparison to many
others here, I greatly appreciate and thank those who've shared so much
of their time and knowledge to help others. I know it is from their
genuine care in contribution, that had made this list what it
isTheir passion is equally respected with the responses that are
given. The key word here is passion.
It is easy when being so passionate about something to lose sight of the
deeper meaning involved in the purpose of why everyone is here.
Sometimes we have to put personal opinions aside and view things as a
whole.

When making comments as this, I like to take careful consideration as to
not offend anyone. Whatever issues transpire here can always be resolved
through diplomacy. If by chance any party is offended,(which I'm sure
has happened in EVERYONE's case at one point in life)be dealt with in a
manner where things can be smoothed out. Being here has given me a sense
of community even though I may not participate much and never met many
of you.
However, I have learned a tremendous amount and can't be grateful enough
for the pool of knowledge this list posseses. Universally, as spiritual
beings, we should work toward being harmonious and if by chance we
forget. ( We all know that has never happened...come on!! We're perfect)
On the same token, also be forgiving and not let these personal
attacks interfere with our better judgment. I don't believe anyone here
is against anyone else. So lets learn to put the EGO's aside because
we all know that when things cool off we start thinking, then we get
sentimental and then we feel bad and we beat ourselves up only to
finally either come forth with apology or let our ego's continue to rule
and bury the problem which only ends up fermenting.
In truth, who likes feeling that way? Pride, has been known to destroy
and cause regret.

Mike, I feel you have always been fair in your delivery and management
of this List; even though my tenure here has been only brief. My only
wish is that it continues the same...

Kindest regards,

Ernie

Dear Mike,

Thank you for the loving, gentlemanly way you share with us seekers
and
admirers! You have exhibited patience, caring and concern to each of us
even
as we hopefully forget your Site Boundaries and get out of line. Please
continue to forgive us and encourage us to get and stay in line for the
benefit of us all!

I, like you, have felt crushed and disappointed in the un-love and (I
feel

put out by biogenesis. Anyone interested could do a

thought it looked pretty good and appears safe. A

Shingles is caused by Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome. It starts in the ear,

speech, hair loss, vertigo, high anxiety, and slowly progresses to vital
organs and lastly the brain. Massachusetts General Hospital has

I beg to differ on that,
That is western medicines opinion.

Shingles is part ofthe family of herpes simplex virus and is related to
Chicken pox. If one has had Chicken Pox it can lie dormant in the body
for years. As I understand it, this along with the other viruses ( HSV1,
HSV2, HHV6 ) are all one and the same. There are a number of approaches
to eradicating this virus. Although very stubborn it can be done.
CS is one approach used. O2 taken orally with DMSO cream is another. The
virus is anaerobic. It cannot sustain life in an oxygenated environment.

Simply put, if one increases the O2 environment in the blood, this will
eventually get to the cell membrane and begin killing off the virus.
DMSO cream is used topically to the areas where breakout has happened in
the past and also where the virus typically resides; ower back near the
sacrum and lower back of neck. The last way is going to a homeopath and
once tested being administered a solution to take orally and
complimented with CS as well. I have read on this list at some point
high doses of CS can kill off the virus. How Cs works is something I
don't know.
My personal friend recently had shingles and visited a homeopath. In
some cases a person with an extremely strong immune system, killsoff the
virus. He shows no sign of it in his system. Also, Herpes has been known
to burn itself out as people age into their 50's and up. Modern medicine
doesn't quite understand this phenomenon.

RE: CSRe CS: Acid/Alkiline

2005-02-27 Thread Yogiboy
Hi Wayne,

From my research and understanding when the blood is acidic (acidosis)
It cannot become alkaline on its own. We have to eat alkaline rich foods
to off set this. However, the opposite doesn't hold true. If we are over
alkaline the body has the ability to regulate this in order to keep it
in homeostasis. It is very rare for a person to be in a state of over
alkalinity for any prolonged period of time. Acidosis on the other hand,
is usually the more common state the body endures because of our
lifestyles and the types of food we have currently available to choose
from.
A healthy range is 7.0-7.35 some say7.2- 7.4. The body is never bang on
any given point for any length of time either. If we eat well, I mean by
definition of water rich foods, green foods with good supplementation.
Ideally we should stay in this range providing our health is in good
order.
A urine test will immediately tell ones blood acidity.

Ernie,

The book I'm reading does say the blood is slightly alkaline, but the
urine should be acid.
You can get a blood acidity test. I had one recently and my blood
acidity was 7.51, which is .06 above the high limit.I the ranges I

found listed as normal were 7.37 to 7.45.

If you study blood acidity, you will find specific numbers that are the
low
limit. One article says that if it goes below a specific point, you are

near death.

I think that number is 7.25 or 7.30. I am not sure this is right,
so
some research is in order if you are interested.

The urine may be slightly acid, but not much. Maybe 6.5 or so. Which
does
make it acid. Some young, healthy individuals may be closer to 7.0.

Of all the people I have seen test saliva, only one was 7.0 on the nose,

and that was my 14 year old grandson.

Dear Nancy and Brooks,

Thank you kindly for taking the time to respond to my inquiry. :-)
I do have CS in 20ppm strength. I do have DMSO in cream and roll on.
Wondering how do I acquire it in liquid form. I am assuming I need to
mix liquid with liquid? I live in Toronto, Canada and I am not sure if
this is avail up here.

Kindest regards.

Ernie

Dear Nancy,

I do not wish to be adversarial, but I submit that
colloidal silveradministered in the proper protocol, is a splendid
address for a wide range of urinary tract infections. However, due to
the rather high surface tension number for CS, using a
surface-tension-lowering companion is required for acceptable response.
We have found that utilizing DMSO (10 to 15% by volume) mixed with CS
(about 20 ppm strength and 85 to 90% volume) produces a VERY acceptable
control response. This protocol is executed using a conventional
catheterizing technique. Actually, DMSO has been used as a very
effective modality for urinary tract insults of a pathogenic nature as a
standalone.(see Dr. Stanley Jacobs website for more details).
D-Mannose is, indeed, an excellent protocol for UI
presentations.
   Sincerely, Brooks Bradley.
Unfortunately, CS does not do well with getting rid of bladder
infections.
d-mannose is great for bladder infections. Check it out.
 Nancy

I have never heard of CS helping with tinnitus but have heard of CES
helping with tinnitus. CES (cranial electro stimulation) has been shown
to help with tinnitus in many cases. You can buy a relatively
inexpensive unit from SOTA called the BT7 ($175) that may help. It is
part of the Bob Beck protocol which interestingly enough includes CS.
According to the research below CES has shown to be effective in over
82% cases which used the therapy. It is painless and actually quite
pleasant and relaxing. Two electrodes attached to a headset sit behind
the ears. The SOTA BT7 unit puts out somewhere between 4-500 different
frequencies that stimulate healing/relaxation/focus and endorphins which
makes you feel warm fuzzies. Definately worth a try. CES is also used to
relieve depression, anxiety, and insomnia. You haven't heard much about
it because there is way more money in pharmaceuticals. It can be very
effective and best of all, zero side effects. Check out
braintuner.com/braint!
uner.htm to see the SOTA BT7.

Sorry to have tell you this: There is no way that any Alternative -
and
let's try and be a bit real here! - NATURAL therapy can co-exist with
the
terrible inflictions of allopathic medicine. No way known to science.
If your friend elects, as does 99.875% of the population, to go that
route
it is a final choice in more ways than one.
One either decides that on the available evidence - or more likely,
conditioning - course A or B is viable.
It is a waste of time to even *think* of combining valid therapies

allopathic invasive Cancer treatment. With all of the experience of

conventional extreme insult protocols like this.
Think of having a leg chopped off. It is final. Like having a

chopped off - it is final. They do not regrow.

I agree with you that holistic and allopathic medicine are
incompatible,
certainly in their approaches. However, in certain instances they can
co-exist.

Certainly a good diet and proper nutrition can help mitigate some of the
more
severe effects of chemo. I just received an email about someone on chemo

He was in his mid-sixties.

He was diagnosed 2 or 3 weeks back with colon cancer, going for a
colonoscopy after bowel difficulties and bleeding.

In addition, a CAT scan uncovered a blood clot in his groin that the
doctors feared might break loose and kill him, so they hurried him into
the hospital last week to implant a filter of some sort to prevent a
clot making it to any vital organs.

While recovering from that, another scan revealed some sort of spots on
the liver. As his wife described it, they were pretty nasty looking
things with tendrils. They then did a liver biopsy.

Somewhere in here there was then an episode where his liver enzymes
went screwy and they had to bring them back under control with some
sort of medicine.

Last Thursday they went in to do the colon resection and ended up
finding a second tumor. This required an unplanned second laproscopic
procedure and the removal of a additional segment of his large
intestine.

He never made it out of intensive care. He had abdominal bleeding that
did not stop. His blood pressure remained low.

After 4 days, no extraordinary measures being accepted, alert and
comfortable, he passed away quietly with his wife and granddaughters
around him.

Family and many friends are rallying to support Barbara now. She's
devastated, but is a strong person who will handle what comes.

Although I'd love to be a fly on the wall of the doctors' MM session
for this case, I believe it's safe to say that they did the best they
knew how with what they are allowed to do.

I had gotten so far in studying information on alternative therapies as
to be able to give Barb info on the Gerson therapy as a starting point,
while I continued to dig into others. She was prepared to study
everything she could get and to start locating resources, if we could
have gotten him home. I'm grateful for that, at least.

Another thing I'm grateful for is the incentive that drove my reading
these last 2 or 3 weeks. I've relied on hearsay for the last 8 years.
Now I've done first hand study that convinces me more than ever that
our *first* recourse must be to well designed alternative cancer
therapies.

For all their care, I cannot help but equate the doctors' efforts to
poking a hornet's nest with a stick -- repeatedly! Supremely unwise and
ultimately unnecessary, given the dramatic effects to be had from
aggressive nutritional and cleansing protocols, not to mention the non-
invasive, non-toxic treatments possible with various electromedicine
devices and other ideas that are kicking around here on the fringe.

The real crime is that such therapies are simply *NOT PERMITTED* to our
medical professionals, thereby forcing the patient and their family to
bear an extraordinary burden in research, procurement and caregiving in
order to implement any of them.

When asked, the lead doctor said that he would not oppose alternative
approaches being used if the family wanted to attempt them.
Unfortunately, there was finally no opportunity to test the extent of
his cooperativeness.

To you, my friends... THANK YOU for many solid leads, good information
and testimonials, results both positive and negative. It all helped me
to learn more, faster. I am still absorbing it all.

Be well,

Mike D.

STATISTICS:

A. The number of physicians in the U.S. today is approximately 700,000

B. Accidental deaths caused by physicians per year is 120,000

C. Accidental deaths per physician is 0.171

(U.S. Dept. of Health Human Services).
THINK ABOUT THIS:

A. The number of gun owners in the U.S. is 80,000,000 (yes, eighty
million).
B. The number of accidental gun deaths per year (all age groups) is
1,500

C. The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is .188

Statistically, doctors are about 9,000 times more dangerous than gun
owners.

FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN, BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS A DOCTOR.

Alert your friends to this threat. We must ban doctors before this gets
out of hand. As a public health measure, I have withheld the statistics
on lawyers for fear that the shock could cause people to seek medical
attention

RE: CSCS-MS

2005-02-14 Thread Yogiboy
Hello Betty,

I wanted to share with a situation with my sister.
She has MS now for almost 7 years, she is 30 years old and had her
thyroid removed at 15 from cancer.
Her diet has been impeccable and this has been confirmed by her
homeopathic doctor because she doesn't have much wrong with her so to
speak except for her condition. It has also been confirmed that
Mycoplasma is the culprit to her MS. So she is now on a bunch of
homeopathic medicine to help rid her body of the MS. The Chronic Fatigue
that she experiences with the loss of her thyroid may be difficult to
correct. Before all of this, she was injecting Avonex ( interferon beta)
to control the frequency of flare ups. She still takes this just as
added measure due to the onset of detoxification through her current
regimen. The doctor that she is seeing has helped many patients rid
their bodies of MS. One woman was carried in by her son. Now she walks
and works like any normal person. CS from what I understand does work
well, but may need to be complimented by other solutions. I still
believe exercise helps as well. Yoga certainly helps with muscle mind
co-ordination to help keep the connection between the two. I will keep
people posted on her progress when I see a significant difference in her
over all improvement. One thing I urge people to keep in mind with
regards to this particular disease. It affects everyone differently.
Many factors contribute to how people deal with MS and how Their
bodies heal from this disease. Perhaps CS is all that some need which is
great. But my sister..she is on a whole slue of ingredients to help her
come through this. I have to say she and I are lucky because her
condition isn't severe like most. She was told it could take up to 6
months to completely be free of it, Maybe more, because she isn't
following her regimen as closely as she should, namely her CS intake.
I make CS which is around 20-30 ppm on avg. thanks to Ode's machine.
:-) This is plenty from what I understand.

Thanks for allowing me this opportunity to share,

Ernie

Thanks for all the kind replies to my post about my daughter's MS. You
are right when you say the food is depleted of nutrients...it is. She
is in CA and has access to a good deal of organic, has eliminated
white foods, soda, most meat, and wheat. A complete change in diet is
necessary for health for everyone these days, not just for someone with
cancer, MS, diabetes, etc. I am wondering about the people who have
recovered from MS with CS, tho', to stay on topic. Could they be
misdiagnosed and have Lyme instead? This would make more sense to me,
as it is a bacteria caused by the bite of the tick.

Hi there,
Anybody who is sick enough to develop Dibetes/CFS/MS/Cancer, really
doesn't have much choice today. There ARE strong people around, but not

many under the age of 70 today. The diet of the last half a century has

deteriorated to such a degree that getting GOOD food is now extremely
difficult, but if your daughter is serious, it simply means developing
self-discipline in the hardest to handle area of modern human
existence: eating.

There is a vast amount of literature out there on the subject, but
essentially, in knowing nearly a thousand successful terminal Cancer
patients, it was found necessary to consider certain things as
dangerous
as Spitting Cobras:
Anything white. Sugar, flour, milk, bread, etc.
Anything fast, or long storage capable.
Actually, if it is canned, packaged, frozen, improved you should avoid
it.
The idea is to go back to the diet of your great grandparents ( so long
as
they weren't rich) and prepare everything at home that is possible.
Three vital ingredients to survive today's depleted earth:
1. Sprouted seeds. ( Organic ones not sprouted with
chlorinated/fluoridated water!)
2. Home-made unleavened (flat) bread. Spelt flour by choice. Not as
corrupt.
3. Kefir. ( Like Buttermilk)

Be responsible for yourself. Stay away from Deadly Doctors. Walk as
far
as you can without stress, every day. Swimming is better (impossible to
overdo it, ya sink!). Learn to google. Check everything from at least 3
different sources. Get outta town. Cities kill.

Not easy, but beats being in a wheelchair and then dead early.

Him - Already been there, done that!

Ernie,

I've used a Classical Homeopath with excellent results, for some time

My 92-1/2 year old mother has regained a great deal of good health from
Homeopathy also. She had been going to MD's with poor to awful
results.
I DO believe in it, and have found it helps with all sorts of things
that the
MD's can't seem to deal with unless giving you lots of drugs, with more
than
lots of side effects.

My Homeopath also has cured the problems that Wilma says she has, it
isn't an immediate cure, but it sure does get the job done. Far more
effective than allopathic med. Healthier, safer, NO side effects,
unless
you count returning health! And, at least in my case, far-far less
expensive than a regular doctor 'visit'. My homeopath actually treats
me and my family, via email from across the US from me! And,
it's working!!!

There are a lot (no, not all) cancers being cured by homeopathy - the
only
caveat I would add, is to use a Classical Homeopath. They have studied
well beyone the 4th Organon, which is the level that most homeopathic
colleges teach. They have studied the 5th and the 6th Organon and have
become very skilled in their prescribing and remedies used. Anyone

From what I see, he's a good candidate for the alternatives. He's still

I've found good, solid information on the Gerson therapy. Anybody have

I haven't found anything good enough on the Budwig diet and therapy
that I'd be willing to give to somebody else. Any pointers? Web sites,
books? Brooks has recommended Budwig in the past. I'll have to refer
back to some of his posts to see what resources were suggested.
Anything else?

If they decide to add or substitute some alternative therapies, I'll be
continuing this research for a while. Any other comments are welcome --
direct experiences, particularly. I'd like to provide some first hand
testimonials from folks I know, apart from the ones in books and

Hi Bob,

I can't speak for Windsor, but can speak for Toronto. The banks here are
open during the week and sat. I don't know the exact times. Short day
forsure. Say 3ish?
There are 4 major banks run by the gov't Bank of Montreal, Bank of
Commerce, TD Canada Trust, And Royal Bank of Canada.
I would imagine u can buy silver coins there. All the banks sell mint.
None are open Sunday

Here is a number you can call: Bank of Montreal- 1-800-363-9992 give
them a shout see what they say.

CSHow many ppm in CS
From: JB

http://escribe.com/health/thesilverlist/m76914.html

How could you explain the following:

I used 240 ml of distilled water and TDS (total dissolved solids)
meter to measure number of ppm.

The reading of ppm before applying the CS generator with about 26V
   from batteries: 2ppm

After 10 min and stirring the water I read 3 ppm
After next 10 min the reading was 5 ppm
Finally after 25 min I had 7 ppm on my meter.

Can we say that the amount of silver liberated in my distilled
   water was 5ppm?

   Regards
   Jurek

  Hi Jurek,

You are correct in subtracting the initial dw reading from the final
result, but it is not clear what correction factor the TDS may
  require.

Some TDS meters use a 0.5 or 0.7 correction factor to convert their
measured conductivity in uS to ppm. For example, the Hanna HI9033,
  HI9034, HI9039, HI9130, HI933100, and HI9635 use different
  conversions. See

http://www.hannainst.com/downloads/instr/hi9033.pdf

Also, you need to let the solution stabilize before taking readings
to allow the ions to reach a uniform distribution throughout the
solution. This can take several hours after the brew is finished.

One method of determining the silver ion concentration is to use the
Faraday equations to calculate how much silver was liberated, then
compare the result with your TDS reading.

Since you are using a constant voltage system, you need to measure
the current at frequent intervals during the brew, say every 10
seconds, and use WPlot to integrate the curve and obtain the average
  current over the brew time.

Put this into Mercury along with the volume of dw, and it will
calculate the amount of silver released. In your case, a short brew
time means very litle will be lost in forming oxides and plateout at
the cathode. So the calculation and the TDS reading should match
  very well.

  You can download Mercury at:

  http://archives.math.utk.edu/software/msdos/calculus/mrcry209/.html

Here are the complete conversion factors:

Coulombs = I * Seconds; total number of Coulombs
CoulombsGram = 107.868 / 96485; Coulombs per gram of silver
  ElectronsSec = I / 1.60217733e-19 ; electrons per second
  Grams= CoulombsGram * I * Seconds ; Faraday's equation
  IonsPerNano  = IonsSqInSec / 6.45e14  ; ions per square nanometer/sec
IonsSqInSec = ElectronsSec / SquareIn; ions per sq. in. per sec
Litres = 3.785 * Gallon ; convert gallons to litres
Litres = Millilitres / 1000 ; convert millilitres to litres
Milligrams = Grams * 1000 ; convert grams to milligrams
Millilitres = 29.57 * Ounces ; convert ounce to milliliters
NumberIons = ElectronsSec * Seconds ; number of silver ions
ppm = Milligrams / Litres; 1 ppm is 1 milligram per litre
ppmPerHr = ppm / Hours; ppm per hour
  Seconds  = Hours * 3600 + Minutes * 60 ; get seconds
  uASqIn   = 1e6 * I / SquareIn ; current density in uA per sq
in

You need to add the parameters for your system. Here's the typical
parameters for my Godzilla cs generator:

  I   = 775e-6  ; current in Amperes
Millilitres = 2000; volume of dw
  Minutes = 0   ; minutes
  ppm = 22  ; target ppm
SquareIn= 11.5; wetted area in square inches

A constant current generator will greatly simplify the calculations.

Best of Luck!

Mike Monett

I always keep Vitamin E handy for burns.If liquid,just coat liberally;if
capsule form, just prick same and squeeze on burn.I was an electrician

soldering and welding equipment and am no stranger to burns.
As for cold sores,I used to get them regularly, but infrequently now. When
I
do, I get out my Clark Zapper which I built, soak the paper towel
sleeves
on the electrodes with CS.Then I fire it up,holding the positive in left
hand and holding negative electrode firmly against the budding cold
sore.About two ten minute sessions and it stops cold.
My first encounter with Vit. E was after I came back from overseas in
1946
[RCAF aircrew] .I guess I had what is known now as Gulf war

screwed up health-wise.Our old family Dr. prescribed Vitamin E and it
seemed

He found a podiatrist who sent him to Toys-R-Us to buy 200 marbles. He
sits down and dumps the marbles out on the floor and picks them up one
at a time with his toes and drops them into a container also on the
ground. This simple exercise done daily has completely eliminated his
debilitating foot and leg pain...

Why don't some of you foot and leg pain sufferers try this and get back
to us. It's a lot cheaper than inserts or new shoes.

If your CS was made using nothing but distilled water and silver,
there's
nothing in there that is photo reactive.
You can sit it in the sunlight in clear glass and it won't change.
The particulates in EIS [CS] refract light differently than the lack of
particles in distilled water when in the same plastic container. The
translucency of the container itself plays a role in the dark
appearance.
CS will look darker than distilled water when in a distilled water jug.
It may darken further as more particles form in very fresh stabilizing
CS.
Sometimes contaminants in that plastic can react with CS and make it go
yellow or brown that don't react with the distilled water. Rare but not
unheard of.
Plastic is more permeable than glass and can absorb contaminants more
easily, but even glass can as well.
Ever try to get the smell of stale beer out of a beer bottle?

I've had contaminated glass instantly flash a month old batch of CS to
muddy brown even after washing and rinsing it with distilled water
multiple times. [Rare, but not unheard of]
There's no telling what has impregated an old 'chemical soup' wine
bottle.
[If it works, it works]
Old gin and vodka bottles seem to be OK.

I have a friend who's mother had brain cancer and didn't know until she
actually quit smoking. The quitting cold turkey triggered her body into
a state of rapid detox, which accelerated the spreading disease into the
likely place of her smoking, which were her lungs. Oddly enough we
thought maybe she should have never quit to begin with. This might have
bought her some time. This of course, wasn't immediately noticed and
took some time to occur. Doctor's speculated this is what happened after
she quit.

Just thought I'd share this with the group.

Ernie.

Just to add,

I have to agree that long term conventional treatment to cancer is
pretty much down hill. I watched my father who was given 6mths-1 yr to
live managed to go 3 years but with great suffering. The human body can
amazingly endure abuse. But it's only a matter of time. My personal
friend also passed on last 2 years ago from 10 years of re-occuring
treatment which in many cases beat the crap out of her. She was a
trooper but sadly it finally took her.

Lance Armstrong beat testicular cancer last year I believe. He went with
conventional treatment. I don't know for sure if it was complemented (
lack of better word ) with homeopathy.

RE: CSThe origin of back pain

2005-01-04 Thread Yogiboy
Hi Wayne,

Sunlight produces vitamin D for the body as I'm sure you know.
From what I understand, Direct sunlight ( not looking right at the sun
mind you ) into the eyes for 20 min. is all that is required daily to
receive the adequate amount to keep one sane. (Grin) There are studies
readily out there explaining the effects of vit D on mental chemistry.
I can't speak for how this may effect, if any, whether there is a
relationship to back pain. From a physiological/anatomical point of
view; there is clearly an imbalance in the musculoskeletal area of the
body, involving mainly the muscles. Sedentary lifestyles and job related
tasks contribute to back trouble. Most people I have encountered have
weak abdominal muscles which makes the back muscles,( although extremely
resilient and strong ) work overtime causing fatigue. This is where the
imbalance occurs. Now I'm not saying go out and do all sorts of
abdominal exercises and forget about the back, because u might just do
the opposite to the situation. The body works synergistically and needs
both the back and abs to work in unison to strengthen. Pilates, yoga are
ideal ways to promote good postural alignment and correct any imbalance
in this area of the body. If we are referring to an everyday Joe who
just works and does stuff and has happened to acquire back trouble over
the years. Sometimes we might not even be aware that we've pinched
nerves along the cervical, thoracic, lumbar regions of the back also
contributing to back aches and problems. They can be quite debilitating.

Your experience and observations are interesting indeed. But there was a
time I didn't where a shirt tanning as such and honestly didn't change
anything with my back problems. The only thing I could think of is the
warm of the sun may sooth the problem area. The exercise wouldn't hurt
either.

Thanks for your imput.

Kindest regards

Good Morning,

The pain, the cause, and the cure, seems to have escaped the
complete
medical profession, and maybe even most alternative doctors.

I'm wondering if anyone knows a good, effective way to get to the
root
  of back pain.

I have a number of friends and relatives, age ranges from 40, 50,
60,
and older.

Many of these people, I have known their whole life, others only 15 to
25
years.

I have observed their lifestyle, eating habits, and scratched my head
relative to why they have back pains.

Finally it became crystal clear. Every one of them share one thing in
common.

Not one of them has every worked a day in their life, in the Sun, with
their shirt off.
Some have worked in the sun off and on, yet they did not have the mind
set
and knowledge to remove their shirt.

As a teen ager, I lived in the sun from daylight until dark. I wore
only a
pair of shorts. I even wore these to town and to the pool hall. In
later
years, I never miss a chance to remove my shirt and get some
sunlight. Often at my shooting range, with temperatures in the 60's
and
50's I remove my shirt for as long as I can stand the low temperatues.

Hi,

Perhaps considering orthodics ( spelling? ) They are expensive but then
again., is there really a price on our health?
I don't personally have them but found as yourself when wearing a pair
of shoes without proper support my instep begins to hurt making walking
uncomfortable. Sticking an insole in BAREFOOT SCIENCE helps
tremendously and has alleviated the
Discomfort I was experiencing. The later is much cheaper although over
time will require replacement. The others I believe must be prescribed
by a chiro or foot doc. Price varies anywhere from 150-300 maybe more
depending on doc. Here is Canada it could cost 250-500 dollars. So that
gives you an idea. These are permanently molded to your feet. Not as
they are but how they should be and are hard plastic insoles which u use
intermittently until your feet get used to them. Otherwise one day of
walking in those and you'll be cursing your doc.

look at your feet and observe have they fallen??

You're really on to something there. Part of my back problems are in no
small way due to my feet problems. Long, narrow heels, but wide at the

disappears on the floor. Ankles that roll in, but will readily roll out
with my foot turning up under me. Congenital on my mother's side.

I can't wear cheap shoes with flat insoles, must have built in arch

3 minutes, and I've bought a bunch of them.

I spend a fortune in shoes and socks. I never get to wear a shoe out
like other people. Insoles must be replaced often, but once a shoe has a
bit of outboard side wear on it and begins to roll, my knees and hips
will start killing me. Then it's off to the shoe store again, and the

I use a Sota MGP5 magpulser for back pain relief of the muscular type,
works amazingly well, relaxes and rejuvenates muscles. Pinched nerves
only get relief for me by a chiropractic type of adjustment which I can
often do just by twisting left or right. In some cases my wife can
manipulate my back for relief. Sometimes if you can't get the vertebrae
back in alignment your self a chiropractor is the only option which I
had to do once for a pinched nerve in my neck. I don't believe in back
surgery AT ALL. Too many friends have been permanently damaged for life
from back surgeries, none reported any positive benefit from back
surgery. I like what I've read so far with yoga, water intake, kelp etc.
I also find DMSO an excellent pain reliever, penetrates deep into muscle
tissue. It is often used on champion racehorses for pulls and strains.
DSMO helped my wife get through the pain of a nasty car accident a
couple of months ago. Good stuff.

RE: CSRe the V.I.B.E machine

2004-12-26 Thread Yogiboy
Hi Ian,

I have to agree with you, there must be a more inexpensive way to raise
energy frequencies in the body besides looking for outside sources. ( so
to speak ) I have gone to the website which u have mentioned and looked
at it briefly. Here is my take on things. As a society we are bombarded
with information of all sorts about this and that which can do this and
that. I am a firm believer that it comes down to one thing. US, WE
as individuals determines our states. Through my own personal studies I
have come to the conclusion from the help of many advanced practitioners
and books that we often look without for healing instead of within.
Vibration healing does work, but would ultimately require ones own
desire to heal and not be dependant on an outward source. It is easy to
fall into this trap to believe that healing is out there.
To be spiritual isn't being religious so I would have to say this is
universal. Not belonging to one specific belief. Usually, true healing
does involve ones belief in God. God is universal. I'll have to look
into what other means of healing there is without getting a second
mortgage.

Thanks for your imput Ian, I appreciate it and definitely worth further
investigation.

Happy holidays.

Hi:

This thread seems to be continuing so I thought I would comment.

Doesn't the human body have its own internal wave forms and frequencies?
When we encounter things that have forms and frequencies other than what
is in our body don't they tend to bring us out of tune with the way we
were intended to be? My understanding is that there are things for sale
out there that help us to return to, or vibrate at the frequencies at
which we were designed to.

The reason I mention this is because I think Colloidal silver has an
inherent frequency or quality that makes it impossible for pathogens to
live and it doesn't seem to take us out of tune. Colloidal silver
doesn't cost very much. I think there must be a whole lot of other
things out there that don't cost a great deal that can be used to bring
us back into Tune so to speak.

I've looked at the QXCI, the SCIO and the BIOMERIDIAN and they are all
priced from $14000 to $2. They all appear to work very well. The
government may not like these machines but here, there is a 15% tax on
the sale of one of these contraptions over and above the cost of the
unit. There is an incrdible amount of mark up on these units and sales
commissions. It's true, they do work but it sure would be good to hear
about low cost alternatives.

Matter = energy. It seems reasonable that if you change one side of
this equation that something would also change on the other side as
well. There must be some very inexpensive ways out there to achieve
beneficial kinds of changes we are looking for when it comes to energy
therapies. I discovered one of the most powerful ones I had ever seen,
last June called Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT. The manual can be
downloaded free on the internet and the method learned and used at zero
cost. Are there other methods out there that people know of that don't
have religion, theology or dollar signs all over them?

Hi gang,

Well, the nefarious SPAM Nazis John R. has been going on about have, in
fact, been messing with things at Eskimo!

A couple of the RBL's (Realtime Blackhole Lists) that Rober has been
using to block SPAM into Eskimo, went dormant, causing Eskimo servers
to take too long to reply to requests to send mail, causing the sending
servers to give up. The net effect was a lot of mail getting blocked on
its way in.

Those RBL's have been taken off the list so mail appears to be flowing
normally again, except for some stuff going on at AOL. Apparently they
put Eskimo on a spam filter list, for no good reason as far as we
anybody at Eskimo can tell, and they don't bother to actually follow
any of the standard protocols for notifying the offending ISP's,
leaving it to users and sysadmins to discover that AOL has had a snit.

That situation is *slowly* being resolved, since when Robert from
Eskimo called them, all of *thier* customer service computers were
down!! LOL

It's been real. shudder

I hope things settle down soon.

Be well,

Hi all,

I was in the shower last night, and it suddenly occurred to me that, for
the first time in 10 years, I have not had my usual winter eczema
symptoms! Now I realize CS is supposed to be an antibacterial, which
eczema is not, but I have done nothing different that I can think of
OTHER than take CS for the past five months.

I usually have a MADDENING itch of my lower legs and abdomen as soon as
the first very cold weather strikes, and it goes all through the winter.
I despise medications, so I have tried every over-the-counter remedy you
can imagine - oatmeal baths, extra-dry-skin lotions, Hydrocortisone,
Calamine lotion, Benadryl (external), Udder Balm, changing detergents,
wearing only cotton clothing. NOTHING worked. I would actually wake up
in the morning with bleeding scratches where I had dug at the itch
overnight. I met someone with the same condition, and her doctor put
her on steroids and a prescription for some eczema medication. I
decided to live with the itch.

Our temperatures have been in the teens and 20's here a few times in the
last couple of weeks - plenty cold enough to start my usual winter
nightmare. Nothing!! My husband has also had a MARKED decrease in his
usual winter joint pains.

Has anyone else experienced this with CS?

RE: CSSpeaking of Oxygen

2004-12-19 Thread Yogiboy
Hi,

Another and less expensive way to retrain your breathing pattern is to
learn yogic breathing techniques.
They've been around for ages and with regular practice can work as good
if not even better then any device.
From what I understand through the website, along with the device, they
show you breathing exercises.
To me, from an instructors perspective is simply teaching yogic
breathing by means of other names.

The breathing techniques are not difficult but one should use caution
when beginning any new regimen.

hello gurus,

i get that the darker the cs is the larger the particles are. and that
the
larger the particles = the less penetrable the cs is in our bodies = the
less beneficial action it can engage.

The Yellow Color
There has been a fair amount of controversy in the public literature
concerning the appearance of the yellow color. A lot of well meaning
people have told me that yellow is bad, silver isn't yellow, yellow
is sulfur contamination, yellow is iron contamination, and lots of
other things. I finally found what I believe to be the answer to this
question in a book titled Practical Colloid Chemistry, published in
London in 1926. In the section on the Colours of Colloidal Metals,
sub-section on the Polychromism of silver solutions on page 69, I
found the following statements: The continuous change in colour from
yellow to blue corresponds to a change in the absorption maximum of the
shorter to longer wave-lengths with a decreasing degree of dispersion.
This is a general phenomenon in colloid chemistry illustrating the
relation between colour and degree of dispersion. This section goes on
to describe the colors that show up in a wide variety of colloidal metal
solutions. Interestingly, they ALL have yellow phase. For true
electro-colloidal silver, the particle size range that can appear
yellow is .01 to .001 microns (10 to 100 angstroms) because that is the
size of silver particle that best absorbs the indigo light, leaving only
its inverse color, yellow, to be observed. The final transparent-yellow
appearance only shows up after the particles have become evenly
dispersed.

Hope this helps...

Ernie

For just potable water, after distilling,I put approx. 35/40 drops of

It is difficult and could be somewhat dangerous for some people so it

Good! That's essential.

*IF* I remember right, temperatures up to 104 are not that unusual or
dangerous in a child that age. Watch it closely, of course, and
remember the idea of a tepid bath to help cool him down quickly if it
climbs much more than that. Get in the tub with him yourself if that
makes it easier for you both. Don't be in there so long he gets

Hi Sol,
You'll have to excuse my ignorance. I developed a left knee problem back
in April. It has become much better but still having intermittent aches.
Sometimes weather is a factor, sometimes sedentary inactivity. I
practice yoga and when done mindfully I have found it does help relieve
pain.
I did a few typical medical procedures and still nothing really. No
structural damage that can be seen, not even an MRI detected much.
There might be some inflammation behind some fatty tissue, inconclusive
at best. A sports therapist thinks it's an IT band issue along the
side of my leg running down just past the knee. The constant bending he
thinks is what is causing the aggravation.
I am still not sure if it is a physical problem, or if it has been
brought on by dietary neglect. Went to a nutritionist didn't work. I
don't believe it is RA. I don't have any inflammation, in the joint or
surrounding area.
Still haven't got a clue. Got any ideas?

In regards to your situation, I suppose without sounding silly, believe
you have to over come your iodine allergy? The thyroid really does need
this. Have you tried Homeopathy?

Just a suggestion.. :-)

Sassafras root 'wood' is the only thing I've seen sold at stores. The
major concentration of the ingredients are in the bark of the root, so
why is the root peeled first? One strip of bark is enough to make a
gallon of tea. Even fairly weak sassafrass tea is a powerful tonic and
too much will make you ill. It's not a beverage at any real

sassafrol, a psychoactive drug and ingredient in making MDA and MDA

Sorry Ken, but this way of thinking seems to me to be like wearing
blinders. This IS happening in Europe and Australia as we speak - they
were sure as you are below that it wouldn't/couldn't happen, but it
is
happening. And FDA does not have to prove that supplements are
dangerous. They don't do the testing. The companies trying to sell
products have to get them approved - have to do their own testing, by
impartial folks - but they have to pay the bill according to tests FDA
sets up. And FDA can arbitrarily say nope. I'm so frustrated with
this even on regular meds - have a life-threatening condition that
causes my throat to swell shut from time to time. This isn't an
allergy, its caused by a missing enzyme that my body just doesn't
p! roduce enough of - its a genetic condition. The only thing I can do
is
go to ER and get blood products that provide the missing enzyme. And
hope I don't get anything dangerous from the blood products, and don't
need to be entubated or worse. Europe has had acute treatments for 15
plus years now, effefctive, safe. FDA won't approve them. Not big
enough market (there are very few of us with this condition) to
support
the testing FDA requires, so its not happening.

So -- is that why heartburn and acid reflux are so common
 in aging
  adults?

We produce less Hydrochloric acid in our stomachs as we age. Eating more
vinegar helps, although it is an acid it alkalinizes your system. It
also helps acidify stomach contents, digestive enzymes work better at
acid pH. Tumeric and cayenne also aid digestion when taken 20 minutes
before a meal. www.keephopealive.org has some interesting info on
improving digestion in AIDS patients and also discusses other
degenerative diseases.

You can take a Betaine Hydrochloride supplement.

I forgot to add something to my understanding.. By adding good source
of phytonutrients, chlorophyll, to the blood increases the 02 levels and
also bring a slew of great nutrition to the body, along with tons of
anti oxidants. So not only are you cleaning up the acidosis in the
blood+ giving blood the ability to transport more 02 to cells. U are
also increasing energy levels and healing the body too. Mind you this
take some time to do, but well worth it. If the body remains alkaline,
it creates the environment to get better.

Hi Sue,

A Green food supplement. There are many.. One that tends to cover all
bases is chlorella Be careful of the brand you by because good
marketing like with anything else sold can be misleading. The most
popular brand is Sun A from Japan. This brand isn't the best one out
there. They claim they are but not. It's advertised because the company
has deep pockets.
The brand I use which brought me to this product is Prime Chlorella I
have tried others, but just like CS there are many factors to consider.
Many claim to have the highest absorption rate. I got lots of details on
prime and was satisfied by the information I was provided. If you
really want the low down in chlorella. Go too: www.chlorellafactor.com
http://www.chlorellafactor.com/ . If you want the information on prime
let me know and I'll set you up with it. Email and such.
You'll be amazed at what you find out.
One more thing. Chlorella like many other good supplements is infact a
Whole food supplement. Referred to by many as a superfood. So this means
it is like eating a meal. A super concentrated safe meal. That has a
bunch of great benefits.
Check it out ..let me know what YOU think ..? (Grin)

Subject: Re: CSAir Compressor - good flora

I believe the body makes it's own digestive enzymes. Imbalances or
disease conditions could maybe harm the body's capacity to manufacture
enzymes, just like older people sometimes have diminished stomach acid
production, but running out of enzymes is something I've never heard
before.

sol

ok, here is the deal on this whole digestive enzyme stuff. The process
anyway. Upon food entering the mouth, Salivary glands donate a
starch-digesting enzyme.
It also donates a trace of fat-digesting enzyme.(important for babies)
Liver makes bile to help in the digestion of fats. Gall bladder stores
bile
Until it is needed. The stomach adds acid( which ever one is needed )
enzymes and fluid. The food gets all mixed up into a liquid mass. Small
intestine secretes enzymes that digest carbs, fat, and protein. Cells
lining intestine absorbs nutrients into blood and lymph Bile duct
conducts bile to small intestine. Pancreatic Duct, conducts pancreatic
juice into the small intestine. The PANCREASE, manufactures enzymes to
digest all energy yielding nutrients. Releases bicarbonate to neutralize
stomach acid the enters small intestine. The Large intestine reabsorbs
water and minerals. Passes waste ( fiber, bacteria, any unabsorbed
nutrients) and some water.

As I understand from my sources. The body does generate enzymes from
enzyme rich foods, through mechanical and chemical processes of the
body. The nutrients from the food are the catalyst for this production.
As mentioned earlier, because of the current N.A diet and lack of
nutrients in our raw foods along with the chemicals they are grown with.
We are not getting the required nutrition to supplement the body for
adequate enzyme production.
Stack this with junk food, dead food, and a host of other things. We
create the condition where the body must supplement enzymes for the
proper digestion of food. With current conditions and eating as best as
we possibly could. Ideally we'd still need an outside source of
digestive enzymes to compliment the digestive process of our food stuff.
Simply, the food today isn't the food we grew yesterday. Nutritionally
depleted in every aspect; including organic farming. Organics are
better, but still not enough. In time, we gradually begin the depletion
process of enzymes from the body.
This is when the problems in the body become painfully evident. Along
with the acidosis issues I spoke of earlier doesn't make for a good
situation, leading to a recipe for health problems. Our current
environment isn't promoting the ideal conditions for the body to
function at optimum levels to sustain excellent health.
We must also remember the human body has the capacity within reason to
adapt to its environment. It's a very intelligent and efficient
organism, which has the remarkable capacity to utilize to the best of
its ability every iota of substance it takes in. It does not waste
anything. So, if we feed it crap, it will do the best it can with what
you feed it. So if we develop cancer, from an objective view point, the
body did the perfect job.

Sincerely..Ernie

RE: CSchorella

2004-12-04 Thread Yogiboy
From what I understand, Chlorella creates an environment that supports
alkalinity in the blood. After some long term use it is responsible for
binding to mercury and cadmium and drawing this out of the liver. It
only
works on removing bad things from the body. If you read up on the
nutritional content of chlorella you'll be astonished at your findings.

Go here to read: www.chlorellafactor.com I can put you in contact with a
reputable source if you wish.

RE: CSEnzyme depletion?

2004-12-04 Thread Yogiboy
You're very welcome Mike :-)Man, are u ever making me exercise my
noggin.

Once again I'll try and do my best at addressing the statements and
question regarding rehabilitating the body from the best of my knowledge
and the resources I have. I apologize in advance for the lack of
technical jargon.

If we become more aware of the choices we have through education, thus
make better decisions this can change the way we currently live. I for
one have made better choices in my daily living by eating more
consciously then before, and can confidently say that I'm in much better
health now then I was say 10 years ago. I didn't acquire any
debilitating disease, but I saw plenty of death and hurt surrounding me
to question if this is to be something accepted in today's society. It
just didn't make any sense. I didn't want to wait around to see when my
turn was next.

Yes, to partially answer the question below. I don't know if it is
possible to reverse the depletion of enzymes in the body Mike. But I can
try and find that out from some people I know. The body is a miraculous
being. Self healing is becoming a phenomenon that is growing. I would
think that changes would come about with that drastic level of
improvement. I've heard many people recover from what seemingly looked
like the end of the road on this physical plain. Some didn't. Only God
can determine that. So by making all the necessary changes from a
nutritional stand point, I believe one's health can turn around. BUT!!
Now the Stress factor rears its ugly head. We can never get away from
stress. Only learn to manage it effectively. I suppose one can call
these recoveries as miraculous in our most ignorant understanding of
things. For some like my father who died of liver cancer, we were told
he was too far gone to do anything. I wish he was still around to try
and prove the medical community wrong.

I don't think there is a one formula that applies to every case. I do
know that by taking certain measures we can reduce the risk of possible
illness, as the ones mentioned above. If we stress out about making sure
we are covering our bases then that could potentially cause problems
too. Stress is the silent killer.

Is this satisfactory Mike? Please forgive me if it isn'tIt's almost
2am here as I finish up writing this..

Critical to my understanding and acceptance of your viewpoint is this
question:

If you improve your lifestyle and environment, eat better, supplement
extensively and wisely... it *is* possible to achieve good health
again? That any such exhaustion is reversible, at least from a
biological standpoint?

As you point out, even cancer is an inevitable result of the entirely
*normal* response of the body to a lengthy chain of abuses it is
ultimately incapable of handling. Yet experience shows that a dramatic
change in environment and lifestyle can reverse even late stage
cancers, sometimes even in spite of the harm done by conventional
treatement.

If such a reversal, albeit difficult, is not a physical impossibility,
then are statements like the above valid? Or only made valid by
assuming that present circumstances are insurmountable in a practical
sense?

Which might it be, sir?

Thank you,

Mike D.
