Depending on your mid-tier server config, this can be a little trickier. If you have a load balancer, you will get the ip of the load balancer, not the client. Some load balancers allow you to send the ip through as an http header, so the js would have to be modified to account for that if this

If this is on the full client but not the mid tier, I've a similar problem and BMC opened it as a Defect. The only difference is that in my case, I can get it to go back to one row, but it pushes all the fields on all the pages down in order to accommodate the row that is no longer there.

FYI: The BMC answer is The arupsyb file is part of the installer and is used during install of AR Server. It is not part of the AR Server install files, libraries or binaries. You therefore do not need to do anything with this file if you are patching with files instead of the installer. A
