filling in the $NULL$ values. You can do this using SQL Set fields.
Depending on your database you will use the database's special null
functions.
For Oracle it is: nvl(checkValue, ifNullValue)

The staging form will, on merge, check to see if a user exists in CTM:People
and will pull the person ID into a field. The next two filters will fill in

What I would do is have an optional field on the CHG form named Custom
Form ID or whatever you want to call it. When you push to CHG, push the
custom form ID as well. On CHG, have a filter that fires on Submit with
