Because I get weary of a few people who insist that they are always
right and the other side is always wrong.
I don't really like either side. I am tired of the spin,
disinformation, distorted opinions and outright lies on both sides.
So how is that polarizing?

me to sign such an agreement, then there is no way I want to work for
the company. If they do not trust their employees in either matter,
they most likely have no trust of their employees at all.
